Shipping Policy
All orders generally ship the next business day. Currently we only ship in the United States. Our shipping rates are based on the approximate weight of the order. We ship most order under 10 pounds via USPS Priority Mail and delivery generally takes 2 – 4 days. Orders over 10 pounds may ship via USPS Parcel Post (2 – 7 days) or USPS Media Mail (7 – 21 days). APO and FPO deliveries are charged the same rates as domestic shipments. Delivery confirmation is not available for APO and FPO shipments.

Schools and Learning Institutions
We will accept purchase orders. Please fax your purchase orders to 206-350-1249 or email us at sales@fitnessbeginnings.com. Please include the shipping address, billing address, purchase order number, telephone number, email address and the videos you are ordering. All invoices will be on Net 30 Terms. Past due invoices will be charged 1.5% interest per month.
Payments Methods
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners and JCB through our website. If you would like to pay by check, money order or PayPal, please email us sales@fitnessbeginnings.com or download this order
form. Provide us with your address, phone number, email address and the videos you would like to order. We will inform you of the total of your order, then you can send us a check or money order or pay through PayPal. Once we receive the funds (and the check clears the bank, usually about 5 days) we will ship your order.
Gift Wrapping
We offer gift wrapping for $2.50 per item. If you order gift wrapping, please specify your preference for Holiday, Birthday, or Generic Wrapping Paper in the "Comments" box during step 3 of the order process.
Customer Product Reviews
We have added a feature that allows you, the customer, to review the products you have purchased. This features benefits everyone. After you have had a chance to experience the products you purchased, return to the site and post your review. All you have to do is go to the products page of the item you ordered and click on the Customer Product Review link and fill out the form.
All Customer Product Reviews will be reviewed by the management of Fitness Beginnings, Inc. All reviews become the property of Fitness Beginnings, Inc. upon submission. Reviews may be edited by Fitness Beginnings, Inc. Any review deemed inappropriate for this child friendly site will not be posted. Fitness Beginnings, Inc. reserves the right to decide whether to post a review and is under no obligation to post any review.
Return Policy
We accept unopened videos for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will also replace damaged or defective videos or dvds with the same video or dvd title. Unfortunately we cannot accept opened videos and dvds for refund or exchange due to anti-piracy regulations. We do want you to be satisfied, so if you have a specific concern please contact us at info@fitnessbeginnings.com.
